The story

Our experience in remote team management and high-performance project teamwork dates back to 2007. We began with TeamTalk and ICQ, devised numerous approaches to team meetings and remote employee support, and grappled with motivating individuals.


By 2014, we had amassed substantial experience in managing complex projects. We organized events, developed IT solutions, and provided training to clients and their staff. We even handled significant undertakings, such as the business transformation project for Avrora airline in 2015, which was partially managed and executed virtually.
