The format is grounded in the Circle facilitation method. Its calibration aligns with the team's current stage of evolution, the level of mutual trust, and the collective's cultural nuances. 


The method's value operates on two distinct levels:

  1. Emotionally, participants experience a sense of equality and mutual responsibility.
  2. Rationally, the tailored structure of the strategy session enables the exploration of issues that are often perceived as perpetual, involving cyclic interactions with no definitive outcomes. We employ widely recognized inventive problem-solving methods and creative techniques, such as the Walt Disney and Sherlock Holmes strategies, alongside standard inductive and deductive scenarios.

Strategy session - the method || HD Trance

The service is provided in three stages:

  1. Initial consultation or briefing with the client to establish goals, identify nuances, and agree on the general approach.
  2. The session itself, followed by a summary contributed by the team members.
  3. Post-session feedback: HD Trance delivers a report and invites the client to provide feedback via a designated form.


For in-person sessions, we recommend utilizing a rented hall rather than the regular working space. If your company possesses a conference hall, it can be utilized.


Online strategy sessions are seamlessly organized through ZOOM. This choice enables cost savings on rentals and transportation, though it does necessitate a degree of discipline.


Please note: As a default policy, we do not manage organizational logistics, and hall rental is not included in the price of our services.


The Circle facilitation method underpinning this format fosters equality and mutual support. It simplifies the resolution of complex issues, leading to innovative and robust solutions that quickly emerge. Ambiguity transforms into consensus. Each participant feels empowered to contribute to collective progress.


Strategy sessions prove invaluable for:

Each session is designed for an 8-hour duration, with breaks included. An additional day can be added at a 50% discount.


The listed price covers development and facilitation by one facilitator*, whether conducted online or offline. However, it does not encompass supplementary equipment, venue rentals, etc.


* One facilitator is sufficient for up to 20 participants. The minimum participant count is 4.

A single strategy session 

You have the option to request a single session dedicated to addressing a particular strategic objective or involving top management. We also incorporate standalone strategic sessions as a recommended stage within projects such as software implementation, business transformation, reengineering, and more.
