We make business better connected to enhance its sustainability

The idea and concept of HD Trance emerged in 2017, after 10 years of work at business automation, workflow development, startup launches, and web development.

It turned out that developing team communications and mindsets is crucial for the success of business transformation. Failure to align human relationships with the changing business processes and IT systems most probably leads to waste of money invested in transformation and a decline in productivity.

Throughout years, we have developed a comprehensive set of both corporate and individual services to help teams and business people bridge the gap and ensure long-term growth of business efficiency, as well as personal satisfaction at work.

Our work is based on the following principles:
