Problem:

The company faced a shortage of imported critical ingredients for high-quality dog food and had to revamp its product range by introducing new recipes to maintain market share.


Action:

We conducted thorough market research, including customer segmentation and direct speech analysis based on quantitative and qualitative data and review analysis, as well as technological and supplier research, to inform proposals for product line transformation.


Result:

The company transformed its product range and adopted new recipes while minimizing the costs of this transition. As a result, it slightly increased its market share, as other producers were facing the same challenges.
