Problem:

The startup combines manufacturing and software development, producing wearable health monitors for elderly individuals. These devices are paired with software featuring interfaces for both patients and doctors, designed to prevent critical health conditions, determine optimal treatment timing, and provide personalized health recommendations. The company required significant investment to stock their devices and scale operations.

Action:
