Problem:
Our customer develops a smart marketing channel attribution tool used by high-budget advertisers as SaaS to optimize their marketing spend and improve lead generation. The company was preparing for its Series A round, but the seed stage had been handled in a disorganized way, leaving them without a proper market strategy or vision—let alone a financial model. They needed all of this to secure sufficient funding and stay on track.
Action:
We conducted market research, including competitor analysis, market size evaluation and segmentation, and macro-environment analysis (PESTEL). We then organized our findings into a SWOT matrix and developed strategic directions, including a set of recommendations structured around the 5Ps and a revised business model based on Osterwalder’s Canvas. We also built a financial model using data from the research and prepared a custom business plan and investor deck.
Result:
The company gained a clear vision of its strategy and business model, and the founder was able to deliver the message to investors with ease. This ensured the successful completion of the A-round, and the company is now growing and preparing for the next funding rounds.
